All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Determine eligibility for family caregiver programs
  • Communicate about services and enrollment
  • Provide customer support
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Process Medicaid reimbursement applications

The Brevy Mobile App

Caregivers who work with Brevy use the Brevy mobile app to manage their assigned patients, schedules, visit hours, pay, and care resources. Through the app we process:

  • Account and contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and home address — to create and secure your account and to communicate with you.
  • Patient care information — information about the people you provide care for, including care notes and updates you view or record in the app — so you can deliver and document care. This information is handled in accordance with applicable health-privacy laws, including HIPAA.
  • Work and pay information — your schedule, visit hours, and payroll details — so you can see your assignments and compensation.

We use this information only to operate the app and the caregiving services you provide through Brevy. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Sign-In and Face ID / Touch ID

The app lets you sign in using your device's Face ID or fingerprint. This check happens entirely on your device through Apple's secure system. Brevy never receives, sees, or stores your face or fingerprint data — your device only confirms to the app that the check succeeded.

Health Information (HIPAA)

Because the app handles health-related information about care recipients, Brevy treats this information as protected health information under HIPAA and applies appropriate safeguards to the protected health information you handle in the app.

Keeping Your Information Secure

We protect information in the app using encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication (including multi-factor sign-in).

Deleting Your Account

Caregiver accounts are created and managed through Brevy. To delete your account and associated personal information, contact us at support@brevy.com and we will process your request, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
